Check Points

There will be a check - point about every 10km for the 50km loop. Water, electrolytes, fruits (watermelon and banana), and first aid will be provided at all check - points on the 50km loop. Runners will also have the opportunity to take advantage of the bag-drop service at each check point. Medical team is on standby at CP3 and CP5. If medical support is required, the medical team will be contacted by the check point staff and come to the check point.
